I was lucky enough to be invited by Catharina and Aury to document their entire wedding day, from the preparations in the morning until the party at night. Cat and Aury were married in the city hall in Eindhoven. We had some bad luck with the weather because it was raining pretty much all day, but luckily the rain stopped long enough to do a photo shoot outside. During the reception, which was planned right after the photo session, the rain really came down hard.

I’ve heard it said before that when it rains on you wedding day, you will have a fruitful marriage. You can explain the term fruitful in many ways but it’s a positive thing whichever way you look at it. Cat, Aury, thank you for letting me document your day. I wish you a great future together.
